"Next, I follow up on my viewings and enquiries from the previous day with feedback to the owners. From around 10 am, I'll write listings or compile Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) reports. After picking up my teen from school around lunchtime, the afternoons are for viewings and prospecting for some new possible listings."
